Polymide Protection Tape is a very durable heat & abrasive resistant adhesive tape.
It's used for masking selected parts of objects like ring surface areas when you are sanding/polishing or applying inlay material.
Apply to edges of rings when gluing inlay powders/opal etc - If making dual channel rings, apply to one side to allow the creation of multi colour rings far easier than before.
Polymide Protection Tape leaves no residue after removal.
Available in various widths and can also be cut to size. Having a strong adhesive backing it should not lift during the polishing process, which gives a very clean precise edge.
